Q1. What is Easy Instalment Scheme?

Easy Instalment Scheme is a instalment scheme for customer to purchase consumer durable product through affordable monthly instalment.

Q2. What documents do I need to submit in order to apply?

Please refer to documents required for employed, self-employed and freelancer

Q3. What product can be finance ?

Our instalment scheme finance consumer durable products, example Sewing Machine (Consumer and Industrial), TV, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Air Conditioner, Sofa, Bedroom Set, Dining Set, Freezer, Display Chiller and more.

We also financing motorbike up to 200 cc.

Q4. What brand of product can be finance ?

We finance more than 40 well known and established brands of consumer durable product, namely Singer, SanO', TCL, Panasonic, Samsung, Sharp, Toshiba, LG, Daikin, BEKO, Philips, Haier, Midea and etc

We also finance motorbike brands Yamaha, Honda, Modenas, Suzuki, Benelli, SYM, SM Sport, WMoto.

Q5. Where can I apply?

You can apply at our Singer branches, authorised Singer agent shops and merchants. Please refer to and search for Singer shops and merchant shops that nearest to you.

Q6. What is the repayment tenure for Instalment Scheme?

We offer tenure up to 5 years or 60 months for consumer durable product credit financing.

For Hire Purchase financing, customer can enjoy the flexible instalment tenure up to 6 years or 72 months for Yamaha and Honda only

Q7. How long does it take to process a loan?

We process and approve application within 3 working days

Q8. How much is the interest and monthly instalment amount?

Customer enjoy affordable monthly instalment with attractive monthly term charge rates up to 1.25% per month for credit sales financing, and 0.83% per month for Hire Purchase financing.

Please contact our Sales personnel for more details on term charge rate and monthly instalment amount of product at your choice.

Q9. How do I make my monthly payment?

Monthly instalment payment can be made through online or offline payment, example monthly deduction by E-Mandate, IBG, Auto-Debit, any Bank's Internet Banking or Bank Mobile Banking, Singer branches, 7-Eleven counter and etc.

Q10. Will my personal information be kept confidential?

Customer personal data is private and confidential, and well protected under Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Q11. If I make an early settlement on my loan, will I enjoy an interest rebate?

Yes. Customer enjoy interest deduction for early settlement.

Q12. Where can I find out more information on term charge rates, fees and etc?

a) Credit Sales financing:

Term Charge Rate : up to 1.25% per month

Processing Fee: up to RM50

Delivery and Commissioning Fee: RM55 to RM400 depend on product size and weight

All Risk Insurance Rate : RM1 per month per RM1,000 of selling price

b) Hire Purchase financing:

Term Charge Rate : up to 0.83% per month or 10% per annum

Q13. What does All Risk Insurance cover and its' benefits ?

All Risk Insurance is a insurance that cover protection for fire incident, permanent disablement, natural death. Benefit include waiver up to RM5,000 of your outstanding balance.

Customer require to fill in "Free Quotation Enquiry" Form and submit through our website, we will contact customer soon for more details and propose a easy instalment scheme at customer choice.

Q17. If I wish to purchase one or several consumer products and/or other industrial products not in your product listing for use in my business or my company's business, is there credit financing available?
