1. Cash Before Cover: Pursuant to section 141 of the Insurance Act 1996 no cover can be granted until the premium has been paid.
2. Please revise your sum insured to reflect the current market value of the vehicle insured. In the event of under insurance (less 10% from current market value) the Average Clause will be applicable  and you will not be able to enjoy the full benefit of your insurance as applicable and you will not be able to enjoy  the full benefit of your insurance as intended.
3. The No Claim Discount showed above will apply if no claim is made until expiry.

1. Bayaran Sebelum Perlindungan Insuran berkuat-kuasa: PERUNTUKAN AKTA-SEKSYEN 141 INSURANS 1996: Perlindungan insuran tidak akan berkuat kuasa melainkan premium telah dibayar selaras dengan Peraturan-peraturan yang dikeluarkan dibawah seksyen ini.
2. Anda dikendaki menginsurankan kenderaan Anda tidak kurang daripada nilai pasaran kerana Anda akan menanggung perkadaran setimpal daripada kerugian jika Jumlah Diinsuranskan pada masa kerugian tersebut berlaku kurang 10% daripada Nilai Pasaran.
3. Diskaun Tanpa Tuntutan (DTT) akan terluput jika terdapat sebarang tuntutan dipolisi.
