Singer to continue expanding outlets and improving services

Kota Kinabalu: Singer (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will continue its expansion programme to reach the targeted 100 outlets in Sabah by mid 2015.

The company's Sabah Regional Manager, Yap Sin Teck said that apart from having more outlets, Singer will also bring more contemporary products and services into the market.

"More products are coming in for our customers, and this year, we are starting to introduce financing services for big motorcycles such as expansion to the current motorcycle financing service we are providing.

"And on top of our existing Home Improvement programmes where we provide small scale house renovation with easy repayment programmes, we are going to provide financing for used cars too," he said after launching a new outlet in Giant Kolombong yesterday.

According to Yap, the company is targeting a turnover of RM40 million for this year in the state.

"Of course, to achieve that we are improving our services and we will refurbish all 71 of our existing outlets in the state to make it more attractive and convenient for our customers," he said.

Also present were, Singer country Managing Director, Yeap Dien Wah, and country General Manager Alan Lee.
