MIS Executive/ Junior Executive – IT Development & Resources(depending on experience)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any IT related discipline (preferably in areas of hardware, server administration, networking or administration of email/website/intranet).
• Required experience in IT support, especially in areas of PC Support , general devices such as printers, switches/hubs, network and LINUX (variant) operating system.
• Advantageous if have worked with MS/SQL, PHP and Microsoft environment.
• Experience in managing or administering web servers, websites, network, open source email architectures (Sendmail, Postfix), open source databases (MySQL), Open source firewall, proxy server services and network securities would be beneficial.
• Multi-lingual for support issues.

Job Description

• PHP and/or HTML development.
• Assist with Admin & Support of website/intranet.
• General PC & User Support.
• Command line system admin (LINUX)
• Backups of website, intranet and other repositories.
• Email & webmail maintenance and administration.
• Manage SMS services for users.
• Development of services and solutions for the benefit of the company.
• Administration tasks within the department.
• Support and manage network at Head Office.
• Ensure uptime for all connectivity services.

MIS Executive/ Junior Executive – Operations, Systems & Database(depending on experience)

Requirements

• Minimum a Degree in Computer Science or any IT related discipline (preferably in areas of database administration).
• Require minimum 2 years of experience in MySQL environment and hands-on experience with administering databases.
• Advantageous to have worked with MS/SQL, PHP and Microsoft environment.
• Experience in managing or administering web servers and web-based applications and Android/IOS App and server/database securities would be beneficial.
• Preferred technical skills in LINUX (Redhat, Unbuntu & Centos) & UNIX (AIX) command line, shell scripting, PHP, HTML, Apache, MS SQL server & ORACLE database.

Job Description

• Set-up, monitor, tune and administer MySQL environment databases and its server environment.
• Set-up and maintain security protocol for all servers and databases.
• Command line system admin (UNIX & LINUX). Familiar with Microsoft control administration panels.
• Set-up & maintain secured backups of all databases and environments for all business systems
• Secure and administer all hosted, on –premise & cloud based servers.
• Scripting to manage data integration processes between servers and systems.
• Responsible to set-up, maintain and test all processes for Risk Management and Disaster Recovery.

MIS Executive/ Junior Executive – Operations Support(depending on experience)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any IT related discipline.
• Technical skills include but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Experience in User Training/Support for application software or customer service /call center would be beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, prior experience in Supporting Financial Systems (such as SAP) and web-based applications would be advantageous.
• Multi-lingual is mandatory (minimally Bahasa Malaysia & English).
• Knowledge or experience in accounting would be beneficial.
• Must be flexible in working week-ends and public holidays as Stand-by rotation for support when required.

Job Description
