HR Executive

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Studies / Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related working experience.
  • Good knowledge of employment related laws and legislations.
  • Knowledgeable of HR 2000 (Quickpay).
  • Good in Microsoft Office, Excel, Words & Power point.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Meticulous and with great attention details.
  • Demonstrate good working attitude and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

  • Handle all functions of human resource services which include payroll operations, leaves, claims and other related functions.
  • Involve in full cycle of payroll processing and ensure monthly salaries are paid accurately and on time.
  • Ensure statutory submission are completed timely and efficiently and liaise with statutory bodies on related issues.
  • Maintain employees personal file and ensure all information are accurate, current and complete.
  • Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer and other employment related letters.
  • Provide advisory services to employee on matters related to payroll, leave or claims.
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments / duties as and when required by superior.
