How do I become a SINGER Famili member? |

Gold membership application can be made through the nearest SINGER shop by filling in the membership form and pay a one time membership fee of RM10. |

Platinum membership is solely by invitation. |
| Q : How long is the membership validity period? |

Membership is valid for active account members with continuous purchase. For membership that is inactive for two (2) consecutive years, membership will be terminated and points forfeited. |
| Q : Will my membership be withdrawn if my account is in arrears? |

No, but Reward Points for purchases of account in arrears will not be accumulated. However, other prompt payment accounts purchases will accumulate Reward Points |
| Q : How do I accumulate Reward Points? |

Upon purchase, member must present their MyKad as recognition. Reward Points will be awarded for New purchase either on Cash / Easy Payment scheme and prompt monthly installment. |
| Q : How many Rewards Points do I get for each purchase? |

For cash purchase / Easy Payment scheme purchase, RM 1 = 1 point for other products purchase and RM 3 = 1 point for motorcycle purchase. |

| Q : Will my Reward Points expire? |

No expiry date for active account members. At the end of the year, 1,500 Reward Points will automatically be deducted to convert into cash vouchers. Active account members can continue to accumulate points with new purchases. |
