  • Minimum SPM .
  • Good in Microsoft Office, Excel, Words & Power point.
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Meticulous and with great attention details.
  • Demonstrate good working attitude and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

  • Conduct Welcome Call to new customers.
  • Telephone checking to verify the customers purchase information recorded in the system.
  • Create awareness of the various payment channels to the customers.
  • Assign the uncontactable accounts and those with serious findings to the Credit Services Executive/Officer, to conduct physical checking.
  • Compile reports.
  • Any other ad hoc assignments.

  • Based in Petaling Jaya
