Requirements
- Minimum SPM .
- Good in Microsoft Office, Excel, Words & Power point.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Meticulous and with great attention details.
- Demonstrate good working attitude and interpersonal skills.
Job Description
- Conduct Welcome Call to new customers.
- Telephone checking to verify the customers purchase information recorded in the system.
- Create awareness of the various payment channels to the customers.
- Assign the uncontactable accounts and those with serious findings to the Credit Services Executive/Officer, to conduct physical checking.
- Compile reports.
- Any other ad hoc assignments.
